30-day money-back guarantee
If Ticketresolve is not right for your desk, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first purchases and to renewal charges you did not intend to keep.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email support@ticketresolve.app and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Paddle’s own Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.
Timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals and your workspace keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period. See our Terms & Conditions for the full subscription terms.
